Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying orders within the United States. Promotional thresholds and terms are subject to change without notice.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Brokerage charges

iAMINOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

iAMINOS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.

iAMINOS is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delivery interruptions outside our control

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact our support team.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and products

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain states, regions, or countries where products may not be permitted by law.
