ATHLETE PRO+

So, for starters, I’m a data-driven athlete — a 35-year-old soccer junkie who likes having the edge over competitors in my Wednesday indoor league and my Sunday outdoor league. I waited a month before writing this review, partly because if you’re anything like me — someone who takes training seriously and is disciplined about always doing one more rep than the previous day or week (for example, I only hit traps once a week, lol) — then you should know that this iAminos product 100% contributes to my daily spiritual grind that is gym life.

When I was doing two-a-days — first session at 4 a.m. and second at 3 p.m. — my reps were at least 20% higher across the board. If you do the math, that’s a lot over the course of a month. Even when I’ve pushed myself the hardest, the soreness has been minimal. The recovery rate I’ve experienced while using iAminos is unreal.

I’ve been taking Athlete Pro+ for a couple months now and the difference has been incredible. I feel stronger, have noticeably more energy throughout the day, and my recovery after workouts is much faster.

PROS:
- Noticeable increase in energy & stamina for roughly 90 minutes after it kicked in.
- I like to work out in the evenings sometimes, including after 10 p.m. I was able to go to sleep after my workout.
- It didn't tweak me out like some other preworkouts I've taken.
- My muscles were noticeably more "swole" after workouts.

CONS:
- Really none to speak of. It's expensive, but it seems to be a quality product, so... 🤷‍♂️
- Taste isn't that great but I'm utilitarian when it comes to supplements and I chug it, so I don't really care. :)
